INTRODUCTION This system is a Non-Linear Junction Detector for finding hidden electronic devices. The QAEM2 can be used to locate electronic devices whether in furniture, walls, ceiling fixtures or elsewhere. The QAEM2 detects semiconductor junctions to alert in the presence of electronics. This operation is based on transmitting RF signal and receiving the return harmonic signals from target. The system distinguishes and locates electronic devices by checking the re-emitting power level from target. Target detection independent of electronic device is on or off, is one of the Qaem-2's main advantages. Furthermore, this system has usage in detection of mines and explosives with electronic fuses that are embedded in path or ground. The QAEM is for professional use only.
