Hafiz-1 system is a naval version of the zu-23-2 gun known as the Hafiz-1 naval system and consists of two 23mm mechanized twin-barrel guns plus an optic fire control system (electro-optical tracker) which is mounted on a tactical boat.
One of the most serious threats to the destruction of naval military centers is the widespread use of helicopters, and if not properly handled it can be very dangerous and hit naval units of the country. Considering the technical and operational characteristics of these types of threats, one of the effective coping strategies is the mechanization of 23 mm artillery by using electric system, simultaneous use of weapons and a tracking system with fire control unit, use of thermal cameras, as well as inactive tracking systems.
